Saturday Only Boot Camp


KATz “This is BootCamp!” is a partner project with the Healthy Fontana. This boot camp is a weekend outdoor group fitness program that offers outstanding fitness instructions, basic nutritional coaching and a large helping of motivation to keep you on track every step of the way! Camp meets every Saturday at the designated park RAIN or SHINE!

Every boot camp session is loaded with fun and energizing activities specifically designed to help you successfully achieve your weight loss goals while toning your problem areas. I’ll provide all the motivation you’ll need to get in the best shape of your life. All I ask is that you show up with a goal, a sense of adventure, a good attitude and a smile.


Each camp lasts 60-minutes and consists of various group exercises, cardio kickboxing, drills, circuit training, strength training and group relays all designed to boost your energy, get you out of your comfortable zone and start changing your body.

No camper will be left behind. Whether you have a few vanity pounds to lose, or 50+ lbs., you will get a challenging workout for your fitness level.
