According to the Surgeon General, a sedentary
lifestyle is hazardous to your health. The
American Heart Association says lack of physical
activity is a risk factor for coronary heart
disease, which is by far the number-one killer
of people over 65 years of age.

design your workouts according to your goals,
motivation, fitness level, and time
availability. I will show you how you can
maximize the effectiveness of your workout and
show you proper techniques for safety. Your
exercise routines will be adjusted accordingly
to add intensity to the workout as you progress
to help you reach your personal best.

lifestyle change – a long-term compliance to
your health, to yourself and to your loved

Group Circuit – 3-4 people, great for children
and teens, families
Workouts are designed according to the goal(s)
and interests of the individual or group. What
is it you like to do? Do you like running,
jumping, kickboxing? Do you like obstacle
courses, hikes, drills? I will give you
challenging workouts to take your body to the
next level. You will sweat, you will work hard,
you will whine, you may even throw-up! You may
hate me, but will love me when we are all done!
Don’t worry, we will have fun too while working
out.
Who can benefit from my training programs?
Children/Teens:
Obese children have a high risk of becoming
obese adults. Kids who sit in front of the TV
for hours on end, eating potato chips and
cookies and other high fat, high sugar content
food is an ideal fat storage machine. Children
these days can spend hours sitting in front of
the TV or computer playing games instead of
playing outside and engaging in other physical
activities.
Elderly:
Exercise may slow down and even reverse the
symptoms of aging. Exercise increases
independence to perform daily tasks like bending
to down to tie your shoelaces, lifting grocery
bags, walking up the stairs and even picking up
the grandkids and chasing after them. Improve
your balance, flexibility and coordination.
And Everybody in
between,
